Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
