- 2 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- Toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs in a mixing bowl.
- Spread the zucchini slices out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle freshly grated parmesan cheese generously over the zucchini.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
