Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a mixing bowl.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased dish to form the crust.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth in another bowl.
- Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Chill the dish in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes, or until set.
- Slice into squares and serve, optionally drizzling with chocolate.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese and chocolate graham crackers for regular graham crackers.
