Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased dish to form the crust.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth in another bowl.
  4. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  5. Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  7. Chill the dish in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes, or until set.
  8. Slice into squares and serve, optionally drizzling with chocolate.

Notes
