Ingredients
- 4 fresh peaches
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
- Mix together honey, melted butter, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a small bowl.
- Place the peach halves, cut side up, in a baking dish and drizzle the honey mixture over them.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Remove the foil for the last 5 minutes for a caramelized finish.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or yogurt.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use coconut oil instead of butter. Can also substitute honey with maple syrup for a different sweetness.
