Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken (breast or thighs)
- 4 flour or whole wheat tortillas
- Fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Ranch dressing or yogurt sauce
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes with garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and a splash of olive oil.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the marinated chicken in a single layer for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature hits 165°F (75°C).
- Allow the chicken to rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
- Lay out your tortilla, place the chicken strips in the center, add fresh veggies, and drizzle your sauce.
- Wrap it tightly, tucking in the ends as you roll.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve.
Notes
Sprinkle extra herbs or spices on the wraps before serving for added flavor.
