Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Boneless Chicken Breasts or Thighs
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic if raw.
  3. Cook the chicken in a skillet until no longer pink; set aside.
  4. Mix cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and cream of chicken soup in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, green onions, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and some crumbled bacon.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
