Ingredients
- 2 pounds Boneless Chicken Breasts or Thighs
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 packet Ranch Seasoning
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 6 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 Green Onions, chopped
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic if raw.
- Cook the chicken in a skillet until no longer pink; set aside.
- Mix cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and cream of chicken soup in a bowl until smooth.
- Combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, green onions, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and some crumbled bacon.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
