Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Combine the melted butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and stir gently until combined.
- Fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until edges are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out slightly moist.
- Cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days, or refrigerate for up to a week. They can also be frozen for up to two months.
