Delightful blondies combining tart blueberries and creamy white chocolate create a sweet treat perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat and allow to cool slightly.
  3. Combine the melted butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Mix the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and stir gently until combined.
  6. Fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until edges are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out slightly moist.
  9. Cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Cut into squares and enjoy!
