- Salmon fillets
- Fresh minced garlic

Instructions
- Prepare the salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet: Drizzle olive oil in a medium-sized skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
- Sear the salmon: Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Add garlic and herbs: Sprinkle minced garlic, dill, and parsley on top, spooning oil over the herbs.
- Cook through: Gently flip the salmon and cook for an additional 3–4 minutes until flaky, squeezing fresh lemon juice over the top.
- Serve: Remove from heat, let rest, and serve hot, garnished with herbs and lemon wedges.
Notes
Ensure the skillet is hot before adding the salmon for the best sear. Patience in flipping will yield better results.
