- 1 lb fresh broccoli florets

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the vegetables by washing and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the vegetables in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through for even cooking.
- Serve warm, optionally with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon.
Notes
If you prefer extra crispiness, broil the vegetables for the last few minutes. Feel free to experiment with spices.
