Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a medium bowl until just melted.
- Mix in the brown sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Add the all-purpose flour gradually until no dry bits remain.
- Fold in your chocolate chips or other desired add-ins.
- Form tablespoon-sized portions into balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
