Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the vegetables by chopping them into bite-sized pieces.
- Make the honey garlic glaze by whisking garlic, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss the chopped vegetables with the glaze until evenly coated.
- Spread them out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot, optionally drizzled with extra honey or garnished with herbs.
