Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless chicken (breast or thighs)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Place your chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the ranch seasoning over the chicken and dollop the cream cheese on top.
- Cook it low and slow: Set the Crockpot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred and mix: Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the pot and stir in the melted cream cheese.
- Top it off: Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and allow it to melt before serving.
- Garnish your bowl: Finish with chopped green onions and bacon bits.
