Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup Cool Whip or whipped topping
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Prepare your crust if you’re making it from scratch. Crush graham crackers and mix them with melted butter and sugar until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into a pie dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
- Combine the creamy peanut butter, cream cheese, and sugar in a mixing bowl using an electric mixer until creamy and smooth.
- Add in the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
- Fold in the Cool Whip gently until fully combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the cooled pie crust, spreading it evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes.
- Top with additional Cool Whip or whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed nuts if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!

For a gluten-free option, use a gluten-free crust. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
