A nostalgic and creamy peanut butter pie with a buttery crust, ideal for family gatherings.

  • Total Time: 265 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cool Whip or whipped topping
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare your crust if you’re making it from scratch. Crush graham crackers and mix them with melted butter and sugar until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into a pie dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  2. Combine the creamy peanut butter, cream cheese, and sugar in a mixing bowl using an electric mixer until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add in the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
  4. Fold in the Cool Whip gently until fully combined.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the cooled pie crust, spreading it evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes.
  6. Top with additional Cool Whip or whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed nuts if desired.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use a gluten-free crust. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
