- 2 tablespoons Olive oil or Butter
- 4 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme, chopped

- 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prep the chicken by rinsing and drying with paper towels.
- Coat the chicken with olive oil or melted butter.
- Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic, and herbs.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before serving.
