Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the spinach by washing thoroughly and chopping finely.
  3. Combine cottage cheese, chopped spinach, herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
