Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts or thighs, boneless
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • Fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the marinade: combine honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Prepare the chicken by placing it in a baking dish and pouring half of the marinade over the chicken.
  4. Bake covered with aluminum foil for 25 minutes.
  5. Baste with reserved marinade, uncover, and return to the oven for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
