Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- Add in the eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Pour in the milk, stirring continuously to create a light batter.
- Gently whisk in the flour until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased pie dish and bake for 45–50 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool for at least an hour before serving.
