- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté the garlic and onions in olive oil until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes, then add the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and the sautéed mixture until smooth. Fold in artichoke hearts and cheeses, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly. Top with extra cheese if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetable sticks.
Notes
For extra crispy topping, consider broiling for a minute or two at the end of baking. Ensure cream cheese is softened for a smooth mixture.
