Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the garlic and onions in olive oil until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes, then add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and the sautéed mixture until smooth. Fold in artichoke hearts and cheeses, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly. Top with extra cheese if desired.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetable sticks.

Notes

For extra crispy topping, consider broiling for a minute or two at the end of baking. Ensure cream cheese is softened for a smooth mixture.
