  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 jalapeños, diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Fold in corn, jalapeños, and diced cilantro.
  4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and lime juice.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until bubbling and golden on top.
