- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan by greasing it or lining with parchment paper.
- Mix the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
- Fold in the strawberries and chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before slicing into squares.
