Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin or paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare chickpeas: If using canned chickpeas, drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Blend ingredients: In a food processor, combine chickpeas, peanut butter, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add a splash of water as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust: Blend until creamy, scraping down sides as needed. Adjust seasoning to preference.

Notes
