Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter over low heat in a saucepan and stir in sugar until well blended.
  3. Remove the pot from heat and let the mixture cool slightly before adding the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture carefully.
  7. Chop the strawberries into bite-sized pieces and gently fold half into the brownie batter.
