Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, chunks
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes or chili oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh herbs (basil or arugula) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Prepare the dough by rolling it out on a floured surface.
- Brush the rolled-out dough with olive oil.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the dough.
- Add chunks of fresh mozzarella on top.
- Sprinkle minced garlic and red pepper flakes over the cheese.
- Drizzle raw honey over the pizza.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before slicing.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, consider using a cauliflower crust. Customize with your favorite toppings.
