Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup oats
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
