Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream or mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: crushed red pepper or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Prep the spinach and artichokes by chopping the spinach and sautéing it until wilted.
- Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and mix in the garlic, spinach, artichokes, and cheeses.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or vegetable sticks.
Notes
Make sure to drain the artichokes well to avoid a watery dip.
