Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: crushed red pepper or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prep the spinach and artichokes by chopping the spinach and sautéing it until wilted.
  2. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and mix in the garlic, spinach, artichokes, and cheeses.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

Make sure to drain the artichokes well to avoid a watery dip.
