Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup zucchini, grated
  • 1 cup bell peppers, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prep the vegetables: Grate or finely chop your zucchini and bell peppers.
  2. Mix the base: In a bowl, combine ricotta, eggs, and flour.
