Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: Rinse the blueberries under cold water and set them aside to dry completely.
- Mix the Yogurt: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Coat the Blueberries: Dip each blueberry into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Arrange on a Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the coated blueberries on it, spaced apart.
- Optional Toppings: Sprinkle chopped nuts or granola over the yogurt-coated blueberries.
- Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Store and Enjoy: Transfer the frozen clusters to a zip-top bag or container and store in the freezer for up to a month.
