Ingredients
- 4 large Eggs
- 100g Feta Cheese, block
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Fresh Herbs (Dill, Parsley, Chives)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and let it heat without smoking.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet, leaving space between them.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta around the eggs, allowing it to melt.
- Cook until the whites are firm and yolks are runny, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and additional herbs.
- Serve immediately with toasted bread.
Notes
For a twist, substitute feta with nutritional yeast for a lactose-free option. You can also add sautéed vegetables for added nutrition.
