Instructions
- Sauté finely chopped onions and jalapeños in a skillet until soft and fragrant.
- Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and lime juice in a mixing bowl.
- Fold in the sautéed mixture, corn, cheddar cheese, and cilantro.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, topping with more cheese if desired.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve warm with crispy tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
