Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms (button or cremini)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mushrooms: Clean with a damp cloth and slice into even pieces.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  5. Season with fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
  6. Finish cooking for an additional minute and serve warm.
