Instructions
- Combine yogurt with honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
- Swirl in the fresh blueberries gently, leaving some whole.
- Transfer the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays and press down gently.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid.
- Unmold the yogurt bites and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Adjust sweetness to taste and add more yogurt if the mixture is too runny.
