Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken (breast or thighs)
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
- Make the sauce by whisking together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken in the bowl, coating each piece. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook the broccoli in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the marinated chicken in the same skillet until golden, about 7-10 minutes.
- Combine and return the broccoli to the skillet, tossing gently and garnishing with sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve warm over rice or noodles and enjoy.
Notes
Adjust the spice level by varying the amount of Sriracha. Tofu can be used as a vegetarian alternative.
