- 2 medium zucchinis
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Prep the zucchini: Wash zucchinis well and slice thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Season: In a bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, olive oil, salt, and garlic powder.
- Air Fry: Lay zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook: Set air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Cool and serve: Once crispy, remove chips and place them on a wire rack to cool.
