Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the cauliflower by rinsing and cutting into even florets.
- In a large bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the cauliflower florets in the bowl until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
For a hint of spice, add a pinch of chili flakes. Optionally, toss in some chopped garlic during the last 10 minutes of roasting for extra flavor.
