- 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying)

- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp by combining honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Toss in the shrimp and let sit for 15–20 minutes.
- Prepare the coating by mixing cornstarch with salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Coat marinated shrimp in the cornstarch mixture and fry in batches for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drizzle the remaining honey-garlic mixture over shrimp while warm.
- Serve on a platter garnished with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
