Ingredients
- 1 pack tortellini (fresh or frozen, cheese-filled)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs (dried oregano, basil, etc.)
Instructions
- Prep the tortellini: If using frozen tortellini, cook them according to package instructions until they float, then drain and cool slightly.
- Coat with oil and seasoning: In a large bowl, mix the cooked tortellini with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian herbs, and Parmesan cheese until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange in the basket: Place the seasoned tortellini in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece for airflow.
- Cook to perfection: Fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Serve and enjoy: Let them cool for a minute before serving. Pair with marinara sauce or a homemade garlic dip for extra flavor.
Notes
For added freshness, sprinkle with fresh herbs like parsley or basil just before serving.
