Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: In a large pot, boil salted water and cook your egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the meat and vegetables: In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat—drain excess fat if necessary. Add chopped onions, garlic, and sliced mushrooms, sautéing until the vegetables soften and the beef is cooked through.
  3. Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, beef mixture, sour cream, beef broth, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
