- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 8 fresh sage leaves

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Lay out the chicken breasts, cover with plastic wrap, and pound to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Layer the prosciutto and sage: Place prosciutto on chicken and press sage leaves, securing with toothpicks.

- Make the sauce: Remove chicken, pour in wine or broth, and scrape up browned bits, simmer until thickened.
