Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Transfer the marinated chicken into a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving, drizzling with leftover marinade.
Notes
Using quality balsamic vinegar enhances the flavor significantly. Avoid over-marinating to maintain tenderness.
