  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Break apart day-old rice and chop the vegetables.
  2. Heat the pan over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  3. Sauté minced garlic and chopped onion until fragrant.
  4. Cook the seafood mix for 3-4 minutes until opaque.
  5. Add chopped vegetables and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Incorporate the rice and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  7. Season with soy sauce, add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Scramble eggs in the pan if using, mixing them into the rice.
