Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed green and black olives (e.g., Kalamata and Castelvetrano)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (or lime)
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare by finely chopping the olives, garlic, and herbs.
- Mix in a medium mixing bowl, add cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olives, garlic, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- Taste the mixture before serving and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
- Garnish before serving with extra chopped olives, a drizzle of olive oil, and fresh herbs.
Notes
For a chunkier texture, you can reserve some chopped olives to fold in after mixing.
