Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed green and black olives (e.g., Kalamata and Castelvetrano)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (or lime)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare by finely chopping the olives, garlic, and herbs.
  2. Mix in a medium mixing bowl, add cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olives, garlic, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  3. Taste the mixture before serving and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
  5. Garnish before serving with extra chopped olives, a drizzle of olive oil, and fresh herbs.

Notes

For a chunkier texture, you can reserve some chopped olives to fold in after mixing.
