Instructions
- Prep the strawberries by rinsing and hulled, then slice and sprinkle with sugar to macerate.
- Make the biscuits by mixing flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; cut in cold butter and add milk.
- Bake the biscuits at 425°F for about 15 minutes until golden.
- Whip the cream with sugar and vanilla in a chilled bowl until soft peaks form.
- Assemble the cups by layering broken biscuits, strawberries, and whipped cream in serving cups.
- Serve immediately or chill for a short time before serving.
Notes
To enhance sweetness, macerate strawberries before assembly. Keep ingredients separate until close to serving to avoid soggy biscuits.
