- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 cloves minced garlic
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by pounding it to an even thickness of about half an inch.
- Marinate by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and herbs in a bowl and adding the chicken.
- Coat the chicken by dredging it in a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat with melted butter for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
- Serve after resting, drizzled with pan juices and alongside your favorite sides.
