- 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp Dill
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Butter or Oil, for cooking
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine your corned beef, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and horseradish. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Preheat the Skillet: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter or oil to coat the base.
- Assemble the Roll-Ups: Lay out a slice of corned beef, spread a thin layer of the filling across each piece, and roll it up tightly.
- Cook the Roll-Ups: Place the roll-ups seam-side down in the preheated skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden, then carefully flip to crisp the other side.
- Serve and Enjoy: Remove from the skillet, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve warm.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the skillet and watch the heat to avoid burning. Covering the skillet can help melt the cheese evenly.
