- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup cucumber, grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Dill, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken with garlic, onion, cumin, coriander, parsley, mint, salt, and pepper. Mix gently but thoroughly.
- Form the patties: Divide the mixture and shape it into patties.
- Grill or cook: Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
- Make the tzatziki: In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and dill.
- Assemble your burgers: Place the patties on toasted buns, top with tzatziki, lettuce, tomatoes, or feta cheese.
Notes
Allow ground chicken to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking for even results. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F internally.
