Ingredients

  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 8 oz fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne (optional)
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt a tablespoon of butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crab meat, sautéed shrimp, lemon juice, and spices until well mixed.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and smooth it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving, garnished with fresh herbs.
