Ingredients
- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 8 oz fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne (optional)
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt a tablespoon of butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crab meat, sautéed shrimp, lemon juice, and spices until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish and smooth it out evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving, garnished with fresh herbs.
