Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Measure out your ingredients carefully, and ensure dairy is at room temperature.
- Add ingredients to the bread machine: Begin with wet ingredients, butter and milk at the bottom, followed by eggs, sugar, yeast, flour, and salt, finishing with cinnamon.
- Program your machine: Set to basic bread setting for about 2 hours and 30 minutes on medium crust.
- Prepare the cinnamon sugar filling: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Create your swirl: Once the dough is ready, roll it out, sprinkle the mixture, and roll tightly from the long edge.
- Final rise: Place in bread pan, seam side down, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
