Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fresh Sea Scallops
  • 4 tablespoons Butter (or olive oil for a healthier option)
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (parsley, tarragon, or basil)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko preferred)
  • ¼ cup Dry White Wine

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the scallops under cold water and pat them dry.
  3. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped herbs, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Arrange the scallops in a greased baking dish with space between each.
