Ingredients
- 1 pound Fresh Sea Scallops
- 4 tablespoons Butter (or olive oil for a healthier option)
- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (parsley, tarragon, or basil)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko preferred)
- ¼ cup Dry White Wine
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the scallops under cold water and pat them dry.
- Combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped herbs, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Arrange the scallops in a greased baking dish with space between each.
- Drizzle the butter mixture over the scallops and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and scallops are opaque.
- Serve with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
