A delightful cranberry walnut cream cheese dip that perfectly balances sweet and tangy flavors, ideal for gatherings and celebrations.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Fresh Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chives or Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients: Wash the cranberries and remove any stems. Coarsely chop the walnuts and toast them in a dry skillet over medium heat.
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), honey (or maple syrup), and half of the cranberries in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the toasted walnuts and remaining cranberries, gently folding them in.
  4. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least one hour to let the flavors meld.
  5. Serve the dip in a rustic bowl, garnished with fresh herbs, and enjoy with crackers, sliced fruit, or vegetables.

Notes

To achieve a smooth texture, warm the cream cheese slightly before mixing. Adjust sweetness to taste, adding honey or maple syrup gradually.
