Ingredients
- 1 package biscuit dough
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (or other cheese of choice)
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or chives (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Prepare the biscuit dough by separating or rolling into rounds.
- Take a piece of dough, flatten it, and place a tablespoon of cheese in the center. Seal the edges.
- Brush the tops generously with garlic butter and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with a side of marinara or salad.
Notes
Do not overfill the biscuits to avoid messy explosions during baking.
