- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the Salmon: Start by cutting the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
- Make the Marinade: In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Whisk until well mixed.
- Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon bites into the bowl and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Heat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Coat and Cook: Lightly coat the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the marinated salmon bites in a single layer.
- Air Fry: Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Serve and Enjoy: Remove the bites from the air fryer and garnish with fresh herbs like parsley.
